Took my house from wildly unsafe mold levels to a level I was comfortable moving my family back in. This was done in a short time period and at a price we could afford. I can’t recommend enough.

Scott Hapworth of Pure Maintenance did a great job with removing mold in out attic. He successfully killed all the mold and provided us a data analysis mold report which showed great success. In addition, he came back to remove the mold residue, so that our attic now looks brand new. Scott was a pleasure to work with and really cared about the quality of his work. We highly recommend Scott for this work and would definitely use him again if we ever had mold in other parts of our house.

Scott was very professional in his work and explaining the procedure of mold remediation and dry fogging. What a difference it made in my basement. My mold levels were elevated after my basement flooded. Scott came out and after one treatment of dry fog the levels were back to normal. I highly recommend using Scott for any mold problems you may encounter. You will end up saving a ton of money in the long run.

I would highly recommend Pure Maintenance of Michigan! Scott is very knowledgeable and friendly. The turn around time of coming out to test and getting results was unbelievably quick. Luckily my mold results showed little amounts and no need to go any further. Our basement showed a slightly higher count and Scott gave me some advice for helping make the mold count lower. I have such peace of mind now about my home and the health of our family.

We were having serious illness and reaction to mold in our home. Nausea, months of coughing, fatigue, muscle aches, etc. We got a few quotes and talked to different companies on the phone and Scott was very fairly priced and had a different method of mold removal that did not require re-building any part of the home. As soon as he was done it was IMMEDIATE that we started to feel better. Had not slept that well in months in our home. Scott returned a few months later to do a follow-up test and it confirmed we are still free of the toxic molds that were present in our attic. I would recommend Scott to ANYONE who is having these issues.
